ELEVATED ILLUMINATION’s Christmas light installation is a premium service. This custom service uses the highest quality materials installed by insured and trained installers, navigating certain risks to bring our clients a magical Christmas.

Our starting package begins at around $800, and the typical package our residential customers settle on is usually over $1,500. We provide detailed quotes so that you know cost ahead of time. We also understand this service is not for everyone.

Nope, just clear access to safe and adequate electricity commensurate with the volume of lights requested by the customer. ! We do it all. We bring, install, take down and store all lights and equipment required. We also include an automated timer, all necessary extension cords, and even the proper totes to store the lights in.
ELEVATED ILLUMINATION specializes in a few different Christmas light installation services. Roof line lights are the most popular but we also see many customers who love our wreaths, garland, ground lights, tree, and bush lights.

Warm White (classic Christmas) is by far the most popular color requested for installation. However, ELEVATED ILLUMINATION has many other color options for roofline Christmas lights. We carry red, orange, yellow, blue, green, cool white, and warm white and can custom order other colors.

Some of our favorite color combinations are Candy Cane (red and white), Traditional (red and green), Winter Wonderland (blue and white), and multi-color (red, blue, green, orange, and yellow). We can wrap trees and bushes in red, green, multi-color, or warm white LED mini lights.

Let us know as soon as possible and we will reply within 24 hours to assign a date to make any repairs or replacements. It is normal to have a few lights burn out each season, and we are happy to come out and make things look like new again. Sometimes it is just as simple as tightening a bulb that may have come loose during the installation process.

ELEVATED ILLUMINATION will test all lighting at completion of installation and will leave project fully functional. ELEVATED ILLUMINATION will provide customers with FREE service calls between the install date and December 23rd; however, a minimum of 1 hour for service fee will apply to repairs that result from the following:

1) Extreme weather conditions such as unusually severe wind, rain, snow and ice.

2) Tampering by animals such as chewing through wires.

3) Changes made by customer such as tethering personal lights to those provided by ELEVATED ILLUMINATION.

4) Resetting Timers disconnected from electrical outlet or by losing electrical power at outlet.

5) Missing/Damaged products belonging to ELEVATED ILLUMINATION (customer will be charged retail price for missing/damaged items).

For any exterior lighting, we can install without a homeowner present. We would love to see a photo at night when you are able to turn it on for the first time!

No appointment is necessary for takedown. This service will occur between January 4th and Feb 15th, weather permitting. We totally understand the concern of being the last one with your lights up in your neighborhood so we move with urgency! We are likely able to get to you sooner than later, but please consider any rain and weather delays may extend this timeframe. Unless noted on the invoice, ALL JOBS ARE TAKEN DOWN.
After 15+ years of learning what works best and prevents damage on your home or business, we have come up with the most effective solutions for securing Christmas lights to the project. For rooflines, we use a removable, non-permanent, “Tuff” clip, that fully hugs each light bulb so that no clips are left behind on your roofline or yard. For facia outlines such as brick or stone around windows or entryways, a removable hot glue is used (not on painted or stucco surfaces as this may cause damage). Removable light stakes are used to outline flower beds and walkways. Small removable staples may be used to secure lights outlining garage frames and to secure mini lights on tree wraps (as they may sag due to expansion and contraction during weather changes). Anchor bolts may be required for the installation of heavier items such as wreaths or garland. This may require drilling holes into masonry, wood, siding, or other materials.

We have an option for customers to do a three-year agreement that locks in pricing from the first year plus 10% off the 2nd and 3rd years. You must pay your 50% deposit by September 30th, allowing for an early season install. If any lights are defective, we will switch them out. We can also switch them out if you want to change colors or the design.
Our service is top-rated, and to guarantee as many installs as possible for our customers, our crews begin installation at the beginning of October. You only need to turn your lights on once you are ready. We will install an automatic timer to control your lights to turn on around dusk. When you are ready to start showing your lights each night, simply plug that in once. All return customers are installed in October and early November.
We provide discounts for early deposits and early season installs. You must allow us to complete the full installation early for these discounts. You do not need to turn the lights on until you are ready to use them. We offer additional discounts for three-season agreements.
The deposit is 50%, reserves your equipment, and lets us put you in the pipeline for scheduling. The remaining balance is charged to the same card the day before installation.

ELEVATED ILLUMINATION fills their schedule well in advance. With a limited window in the holiday season, we create our schedules based on route optimization to ensure timely delivery of installs. We do not schedule on specific dates but rather a ‘done by date’.

If there is a special occasion or date that you need it installed by, please let us know. Remember that special requests after Thanksgiving become difficult and are based on a first-come basis. If you request to reschedule your installation or want a specific date and time, your installation will be subject to a scheduling fee to prioritize your installation. The date you select or the date on your order or contract is the install date by, not the actual install date.

Once added to the schedule, you will be sent a confirmation reminder by text or email about one week prior to installation. Please reply to confirm your receipt of the notification. You do not need to be home for the install.
